Your book will be registered with Nielsen BookData and listed for public sale on Amazon and Waterstones / Blackwells / Foyles / WH Smith’s websites, as well as our own Brown Dog Bookshop.
Working with Grantham Book Services (GBS), who distribute books for a number of major UK publishers, we provide subsequent order fulfilment and distribution services. GBS will fulfil orders for your book to any recognised trade outlet, whether it’s online re-sellers, High St bookshops or other trade wholesalers.
Or, if print-on-demand is preferred for your book, we are in partnership with CPi, the UK’s leading book printers, and Gardners Books, the UK’s leading book wholesaler, to provide seamless production and order fulfilment & distribution accordingly.
Our fulfilment service includes all necessary invoicing and processing of trade customer payments. These are subsequently compiled into individual sales statements and ensuing payments are made to our authors quarterly.
Our authors will receive 80% of all trade sales revenue.
Of course, we also supply our authors with copies of their books, which they are free to distribute as they wish. Generally, these are delivered directly from the printers, but we can arrange for an amount to be drawn from stock that is held at GBS if necessary.
